TEENS & ADULTS
Teenagers and Adults of all ages and experience levels are welcome to participate in this class. We train hard to learn self-defense while reaching fitness goals such as weight loss, speed, strength, and flexibility. This class has a serious tone and we work with any ability level to hone our skills even further.

Tae Kwon Do can provide you with the presence of mind, awareness, and physical readiness that will give you options in a confrontational situation.
